A Visit With Our Friends And A Ride In Their 1931 Model A

There is a couple we have become pretty good friends with, he is a member and the wife is Baptist. When we first met them, we asked her if she would be willing to hear the Missionary discussions. She said no! She said that when they got married they each agreed they could continue with their respective Church. However, we consider them good friends. We have enjoyed a number of Friday evenings with them, where we eat, socialize, and play games. We spent this past Friday with them which was the 3^rd of July and they took us for a ride in their 1931 Model A. It was interesting riding in a car that is 17 years older than me.

Since I purchased the iPad, we often share a short Church video or message. I am amazed at how many videos the Church has on it’s website. We shared a short video with these friends, which was centered on Christ and so I believe the wife would have felt it was something we all could agree on.  We had an enjoyable evening with them.
