Good Visit With John

We had not been able to visit with John for the past several weeks because of his work schedule, but he agreed to come by on Tuesday evening after the barbecue. We left the barbecue a little early because of concern that we might miss him. We got home but he didn’t show up. I called him and he was just getting home from work in a neighboring city. I encouraged him to come over anyway and he accepted. We had a good visit with him and as we were parting, he said he would go home and think some more about a baptismal date.
