Our Zone And District Was Reorganized In The Last Transfer

We lost several sets of missionaries from the Zone during the last transfer. The mission seems to have more missionaries going home and less new missionaries coming out. I think it means the bubble that was created when they lowered the missionary age is now leveling out. We really enjoy all the young missionaries, both Elders and Sisters, many of them are pretty impressive young men and women. However, they all have different personalities and it is fun getting to know them. Some of them are not as polished as they could be and when I observe that, I need to remind myself they are 18 and 19 year old youth. Most are likely much better prepared than I was at that age. I believe overall the Church will be in good hands as these young missionaries assume leadership positions.
